Application
Furniture, Stairs, and Worktops
Clean the surface using Rubio Monocoat Surface Care Spray.
Let the surface dry for approximately 15 minutes. TIP: Do not leave water on the surface; it is sufficient to clean damp. Avoid walking on the floor until it is completely dry.
Take the Universal Maintenance Oil and stir thoroughly until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Apply a small amount of oil with a brush, then spread it out using a white or red pad. Work in areas of 20 to 40 ft², which can be finished within approximately 15 minutes, including the next step.
Allow the oil to absorb for a few minutes, then wipe away any excess oil with a cloth or a white pad. Each treated area should be wiped dry within 15 minutes and should not feel sticky anymore.
Flooring
Clean the surface using Rubio Monocoat Soap or Rubio Monocoat Surface Care Spray.
Allow the floor to dry for approximately 15 minutes. Do not walk on the floor until it is completely dry.
Take the Universal Maintenance Oil and stir thoroughly until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Work in areas of 50 to 100 ft². Start by treating the edges of each area with a white or red pad. Then, apply a small amount of Universal Maintenance Oil every couple feet with a brush. Spread the oil in the direction of the wood using a buffer with a white or red pad.
Wipe away any excess oil with a cloth or a buffer with a white pad.
After finishing all the areas, go over them again with a new white pad. The surface should not feel sticky anymore.

Shipping and delivery
All products on our web site are shipped by a carrier chosen by Ice Epoxy.
It is customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery can be received in accordance with the carrier’s schedule.
Any additional delivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer. The carrier may charge extra costs in the event of delivery issues.
Ice Epoxy ships products by regular ground delivery service, generally in 1 to 7 business days, but this interval may be longer as delivery times are estimates and may not be guaranteed.
The customer authorizes the shipper and delivery company to leave all packages without proof of signature. Ice Epoxy will not be responsible for lost, missing or stolen items.
Items that are back-ordered are shipped immediately upon arrival in the warehouse.
Refunds and returns
There are no refunds or returns on products, materials or supplies.
Defective products, materials or supplies will be replaced by Ice Epoxy. Customers must notify Ice Epoxy of any damaged or defective products, materials or supplies within 24 hours of reception and supply proof upon request. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect products, materials or supplies upon delivery.
No refund or return may be made after products, materials or supplies have been used and/or mixed and/or installed.
All repackaging costs, return shipping and/or delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility. All products, materials and supplies must be returned in saleable condition.
